Powered Up Protein Smoothie

This is my Powered Up Protein Smoothie, one my favorite all time smoothies that I drink all the time! It is packed with fruits (Vitamins!), protein and extra mind boosting mct oil (that stuff you put in bulletproof coffee).

When I have a sweet tooth building (well I do eat at least one cookie a day), I sometimes crumble up one cookie and toss it in too. This smoothie is super sweet and filling, it tastes like a cookie is in it even when there isn’t!

I have used regular milk as well as almond milk.

  • 1.5 cups Almond Milk
  • Whole Apple (core removed)
  • Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Dab of Coconut Oil
  • Half scoop Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
  • tsp MCT Oil
  • 1 packet It Works Greens (Berry)


  1. I use my nutribullet and toss everything in. I chop my apple up into smaller pieces. One of my favorite smoothies! Almost tastes like I tossed in a cookie.
